We had just arrived at a campground at Bear Lake, UT. I couldn’t get the landing gear for my fifth wheel to extend long enough to get my pick up separated from it. Kelly came out as soon as he could after completing the job he was doing. I told him I thought it may be an electrical issue. He eliminated that as the issue after about 5 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly after removing the landing gear. He had it fixed in a little over an hour. He was very professional, and he let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an RV repair.
I would highly recommend Bear Lake RV repair! Kelly was very knowledgeable and was able to travel to my RV. He fixed everything I needed fixed, he even was able to fix my awning instead of just telling me I needed to buy a new one like the dealership said. Saved me a ton of money. Wow, Kelly was so good to work with. I had my fridge go out and thankfully it was still under warranty. Kelly gathered all the information the manufacturer wanted and got the work approved. As soon as a new fridge was delivered, he scheduled to take out the old fridge and put in the new fridge. This work was completed in a short time on a Saturday.
